Network closets · early prototype
Infranatomy turns one design file into a closet pack: the rack in 3D, the PoE budget, UPS runtime, a cable schedule and a parts list. For MSPs, cabling contractors and IT teams.
Everything shown is sample data.
The closet problem
Ports run out, labels go missing, and the UPS predates the cameras. At refresh time, nobody can say what the closet must carry.
How it works
Describe the rack, devices, links and power in one design file, and Infranatomy builds a digital twin of the closet from it.
Front, rear and room views, with every device, cable and U position labeled.
Checks every link at both ends, the PoE budget with one supply lost, UPS runtime and single points of failure.
Topology with HA and failure views, an L1 cable schedule, L2, L3 and zone pages, and a parts list as HTML, CSV and JSON.
A branch-office closet with a firewall pair, two PoE switches and a UPS.

For MSPs and cabling contractors
Show your client the new closet before they sign: rack views, topology, cable schedule, PoE and UPS numbers, and a parts list that opens in a spreadsheet.
Every number says whether it was measured, cited or assumed. The pack is a concept to price, not an install plan.
Larger racks
The same file covers the network gear in a 42U rack. Servers, storage and GPUs are not modeled yet.

It plans one closet at a time from a design file. It knows FortiGate, FortiSwitch, Cisco Catalyst 9300 and Cisco Meraki MX and MS, plus patch panels, cords and power.
Yes, from 1U to 60U. A design can name a wall-mount cabinet, but the 3D view draws every rack as an open frame.
No. Every page and document the engine writes is marked "concept, not for procurement or installation". It shows what to check. It does not replace a site survey.
It never reads a running network, so it plans the closet you will build, not the one on the wall. You write the file by hand, and it models network gear only: no servers, storage, GPUs, heat or airflow.
Plain-language input, servers and storage, and more vendors. Not built yet; no dates.
