Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2, 2026
This policy explains what 911Fund ("we", "us") collects through infranatomy.com and the Infranatomy Service, and what we do with it.
1. What we collect
| Data | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Email address, and which button you used to send it | You join the early-access list or request a demo | To contact you about Infranatomy, including early access and a demo |
| Messages you send us | You email us | To answer you |
| Visit counts: pages viewed, parts of the page used (pricing, the demo clip, FAQ answers, the sign-up form), buttons clicked (which button and where on the page), the channel tag of the link you came from (such as linkedin or newsletter; any other tag is counted as "other") and the time. No name, email, IP address or browser details are kept with these counts. | You visit infranatomy.com | To count visits and see whether people want the product. Collected by our own visit counter, stored with Cloudflare |
| A hash of your IP address (for IPv6, of its first half), made with a random value that changes every day | You send the sign-up form, or the site records a visit | To stop abuse of the form and the visit counter. We never store the address itself. The hash is deleted within 3 hours and the random value after its day ends (UTC). Deletion runs when the site records a visit, so if no one visits, it waits for the next visit. |
| Billing details | If and when paid plans launch and you buy one | To take payment. Stripe collects card details directly. We receive only limited details, such as your name, email, billing country and the last four digits of your card |
| Design files | Not collected | We do not collect design files through this website. |
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
2. Who we share it with
- Stripe, our payment processor, if you buy a plan. See stripe.com/privacy.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the website and stores the early-access list and our visit counts.
- Our email provider, which holds the messages you send us.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
3. How long we keep it
- Early-access emails: until you ask us to remove them, or 12 months after early access ends if we do not launch.
- Visit counts hold no personal data and are kept for up to 24 months.
- IP hashes: within 3 hours, and the daily random value after its day ends, as described above.
- Billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually 7 years.
4. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Email hello@infranatomy.com. We will reply within 30 days.
- California (CCPA as amended by CPRA). You have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
- EU, EEA and UK (GDPR). Our legal bases are consent for the early-access list, contract for paid plans, and legitimate interests for basic analytics. You may object, ask for a copy of your data in a portable form, or complain to your local data protection authority. Some of our providers process data in the United States.
5. Cookies
This site does not set cookies. It keeps one note in your browser's session storage so the pricing section is counted once per visit; it is deleted when you close the tab. See the cookie notice.
6. Security
We use HTTPS across the site, and card details go straight to Stripe. No method is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
7. Children
The Service is for work use and is not aimed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
We will post any changes here with a new date. If a change is material, we will email the people on our list.
